Andrew Durand, Doctoral Student

Andrew Durand is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical and industrial organizational psychology at Université du Québec à Montréal. He obtained his undergraduate degree in psychology with honors and distinction from Concordia University. His research focuses on how engaging proactively in our lives both at work and outside of work can support mental health, reduce burnout, and promote meaning, particularly in those returning from parental leave. He is the research coordinator for Dialogue McGill and has helped support the Research Program for over three years. He also has strong background in illustration and graphic design.
