Health and social services institutions across Quebec play a pivotal role in Dialogue McGill’s mandate to improve communities’ access to bilingual health and social services. Dialogue McGill funds health and social services institutions for them to give eligible professionals and intake staff access to English and French language training programs.

What’s new at Dialogue
Dialogue McGill’s 2026 conference brought together over 100 participants from across the health and social services sector to explore strategies for building and sustaining a strong bilingual workforce in Quebec’s public system.
Dialogue McGill is proud to highlight Lynn Joseph, a second-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing student at McGill University’s Ingram School of Nursing, who is among the recipients of the Dialogue McGill bursary.
We are pleased to announce that Jean Robert, our Senior Advisor, has been appointed a Member of the Order of Canada. This honour recognizes his lifelong commitment to education and his advocacy for English-language services in Quebec.
