Arounie Phommarath

Before beginning her career in administrative coordination, Arounie worked as a line cook, where she was responsible for the cold station and contributed to the creation of daily specials and appetizers. This experience helped her develop strong organizational skills, an ability to manage competing priorities, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. She later transitioned into the administrative field at a language college before expanding her expertise within the private college network offering AEC programs. Her experience is primarily focused on academic operations management, student records administration, and supporting a diverse student population throughout their educational journey. Driven by collaboration and operational excellence, she joined the Dialogue McGill team in July 2026.
