Clare Kilger, BA

Clare holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carleton University and brings over three years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. She has worked closely with healthcare professionals and advocated for minority and underserved communities, with a strong focus on equitable access to meaningful employment. Prior to relocating to Montréal in 2024, her efforts centered on supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in navigating systemic barriers to work. Her expertise includes program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach—grounded in a commitment to fostering culturally responsive and inclusive support within the health and social services ecosystem. 

Clare joined the Dialogue McGill team in 2025.
