Recruitment & Retention Projects

Community networks, educational institutions, and other organizations are funded to implement recruitment and retention projects and incentives. These projects aim to create and support strategies designed to recruit, employ, and retain bilingual health and social service professionals in Quebec.

Community Network Retention Projects

Dialogue McGill provides funding to Community Networks in order to implement retention projects and incentives.

The retention projects allow community networks to administer the Community Network Bursary Program in their region, to offer language activities, and host various career promotion activities for health and social services students and professionals.

How to Apply

The 2023-2025 application period is closed. The deadline to submit a proposal to Dialogue McGill was March 8, 2023.
